...from the Campbell River Community Foundation
Each year, CRCF awards grants to community organizations for specific projects, and a call for applications will be made early in our Grant cycle, which runs from January 1 to December 31 each year. This will be advertised in the local media and on this web site. We will provide application forms.
There are certain requirements that must be in place before we will consider an application. Your organization must be not for profit, and have, or have access to, a B.C. Society number and a Registered Charity number or Registered Business number. The usual test is whether or not your organization can issue tax receipts.
There are circumstances where we will not consider an application. Examples are from for profit businesses and individuals. Also, there are other requests, listed below, which we may not be able to fund depending on the number of applications, and thus will be given low priority:
Because of our limited funds, We hope to be in a position to assess grant applications received by the last Friday in April each year. Projects should be completed by Oct 31 of the year you received your grant. A written report on completion of the project or update on progress is mandatory at that time.
If you have any questions about your organization's eligibility or require more information, please feel free to contact David Tees at
